Marie led Redkite's largest practice of 85 consultants, dealing with explosive growth whilst establishing the organisational structure for sustainable operations.
She faced the classic challenges of rapid growth including over-stretched, informal structures, centralised management that couldn't keep pace, and over-reliance on contractors. She empowered managers, delegated authority and transitioned to a permanent team, transforming the practice.
Marie played a central role in transforming Redkite's people operations, developing HR policies and transforming performance management from a central process to a decentralised, manager-led model.
At Redkite, and as the Data & AI Lead for Retail at Accenture, Marie led the successful delivery and adoption of data solutions at some of the UK's largest retailers including Primark, The White Company & Halfords. She brings enterprise experience with the pragmatism of someone who's scaled a business.

Rob specialises in the inflection point where rapid growth creates operational crisis: limited visibility into performance, leadership drowning in manual work, systems that can't keep pace. He knows how to diagnose, design pragmatic solutions, and deliver quick wins that free up leadership capacity and enable continued growth.
As a CFO, Rob transformed operations at two high-growth businesses, navigating the chaos that comes when growth outpaces operational maturity.
At Freetrade, a UK stockbroker, he joined as the fifth employee, and as CFO guided Freetrade through a Series A and B, growing the team to 250 people whilst building operations from scratch.
At Redkite, he joined a business that had doubled in size in a year. Demand was growing, but operations were creaking and there was no visibility into account profitability. He built financial and operational systems to support continuing growth, then led the successful sale of the business to Accenture.
Rob is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and started his career in audit at PwC.
AI & Data Science
Josh excels at designing data and technology solutions that solve operational problems that come from growth and scale: giving leadership visibility into performance, automating manual work that traps capacity, and building the technical foundations that enable sustainable scaling.
Josh began working with AI and machine learning long before the current hype cycle, using it back in 2015 to optimise marketing spend. In an industry full of consultants claiming to be experts, Josh has the experience to know what actually works, rather than what's shiny and new, and is an expert at cutting through the hype to get to the genuinely useful technology.
As one of the first employees at Redkite, Josh developed and iterated client solutions in real-time, designing propositions whilst delivering them under the pressure of rapid growth. He knows first-hand what it takes to build pragmatic solutions that work when you can't wait for perfect conditions.
At Redkite and later as the UK Practice Lead for Data Governance and Management at Accenture, Josh led the development of data platforms and master data management solutions at large organisations including Diageo, Coca Cola Europacific Partners and Imperial Brands, seeing repeatedly how the right technical foundations transform operational chaos into strategic capability.
